From 3rd August to 5th August, the propagation and implementation meeting on Hubei underground pipeline network detecting and information system construction was held in Wuhan. The meeting was held by Hubei Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Departments responsible for underground pipeline detecting, Urban-Rural Development Archive and other representatives attended the meeting. LJDY was invited as model enterprise in pipeline information construction with its Smart Pipeline Network Solution and Comprehensive Pipe Rack Solution.

With the leakage of Qingdao petroleum transmission pipeline as an example, the Chief Planner Tong Chunyue emphasized on the significance of underground pipeline construction in urban development and stressed that attendees of the meeting should study the standards of underground pipeline detecting and information system construction. The director of Hubei Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, He Qian gives a detailed explaining on the regulations of urban underground pipeline surveying.
