The Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance is established jointly by LJDY with the following units: Wuhan University, Tongji University, Beijing Institute of New Technology Application, etc. Through integrating resources from industry, universities and research institutes are conducting research and innovation on core technology of Smart Pipeline Network, the Alliance generates industrial standards, patent and proprietary technology to promote Smart City construction, research, production, promotion and services of Smart Pipeline Network products.





Wuhan University "multi-planning integration" Research Institute is jointly founded by School of Urban Design of Wuhan University, School of Resource and Environmental Science of Wuhan University, Wuhan LJDY Technology, Guangzhou Deu Wise Software Technology, Swan & Maclaren of Singapore, Shanghai Yanhua Smartech and multiple national technology research centers.


Guided by the Third, Fourth and Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC and Central Committee Work Conference on Urbanization and following the general requirements of urban spatial planning reform, the Institute aims to provide technical support for multi-planning integration, establish a spatial planning system which includes "a system, a planning, a blueprint, a platform and a mechanism", solve problems in development, optimize development structure and improve government's ability in spatial management. The Institute also targets at regional planning system reform for optimization of urban resource configuration and benefit maximization.







The International Cooperation Base is established jointly by Wuhan University, UNITEC, NIWA and Wuhan LJDY Technology in April, 2016, aiming at improving research quality and level in environmental protection.


The Base mainly focuses on information technology application in environmental protection. Through joint research, the Base aims to cultivate talents in environmental protection science, improve the information level of environment governance in both countries and serve the development in environmental protection science.
