Beidou navigation system starts global coverage construction in July. It is estimated that 8 satellites will be launched by the end of this year, and 18 satellites by the end of 2018. By year 2020, the service will cover the entire globe to provide more precise service.

It is reported that China is promoting the application of Beidou in Asia-pacific region, especially in countries along “the Belt and Road”.
